How can I cancel an order?

You may cancel your order directly from your order confirmation email within 1 hour of placing it. Simply scroll to the “Changed Your Mind?” section and follow the cancellation instructions.
If more than 60 minutes have passed, please contact us at support@mmkeys.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

I accidentally canceled my order. Can I resume it?

If your order has already been canceled, it cannot be resumed. To receive the items, please place a new order through checkout. If you need assistance, contact us at support@mmkeys.com.

I canceled my order, but I’m not sure it went through. Can you confirm?

If you canceled your order using the link in your confirmation email, you will receive a separate cancellation confirmation email.
If you did not receive this email, please contact support@mmkeys.com with your original order number so we can verify the status.

I don’t see the option to cancel my order. What should I do?

If the self-cancel option is not available, please email support@mmkeys.com as soon as possible with your order number and cancellation request, and our support team will assist you promptly.
