01Accepted Payment Methods
We accept a range of secure payment methods to make checkout fast and easy:
We do not accept cash, money orders, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or third-party checks. The methods displayed at checkout reflect what is available for your country and currency.
02Currencies & Pricing
All prices on mmkeys.com are displayed in your selected currency. The currency switcher in the header lets you choose:
Final charges may be processed in USD at the prevailing market exchange rate; your bank or card issuer may apply additional foreign-exchange or international-transaction fees. Please check with your card provider for details.
03Payment Security
Your payment is processed by trusted, PCI-DSS compliant providers — we never see or store your full card number on our servers. Specifically:
- All checkout pages are protected with 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption (you'll see the padlock in your browser).
- Card data is tokenized by our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal); MMKeys only receives a payment confirmation token.
- We use 3-D Secure (Visa Secure, Mastercard ID Check, AmEx SafeKey) where required by your bank for additional authentication.
- Our fraud-detection system flags high-risk transactions for manual review.
You're protected. Beyond MMKeys' own security, your card issuer and PayPal offer buyer protection on every eligible transaction.
04Order Confirmation & Delivery
After successful payment you'll receive:
- An order confirmation email with your invoice and order number — usually within seconds.
- A separate delivery email containing your license key and download link — typically within 5–30 minutes.
If you don't see either email, check your spam/junk folder and search for "MMKeys" or your order number. If they still don't appear within 1 hour, contact Support@MMKeys.com with the email used at checkout and your card's last 4 digits, and we will resend them.
05Order Verification
Some orders are flagged for manual review by our fraud-prevention system, particularly large orders, first-time customers, or transactions where billing and IP locations differ. In these cases we may ask for:
- A reply from the email address on file confirming the order.
- A photo of a government-issued ID matching the cardholder name (only for high-risk orders; data is deleted after verification).
This rarely happens and typically adds no more than a few hours to delivery. If we cannot verify an order, we will cancel it and refund the full amount.
06Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, please:
- Confirm that the card number, expiry date, CVC, and billing ZIP are correct.
- Check that your card supports international or online transactions.
- Contact your bank — they may be blocking the transaction as a precaution.
- Try an alternative payment method (e.g. PayPal).
If a card is declined but you still see a pending charge, this is a temporary authorization hold placed by your bank; it will release automatically within 1–10 business days. No funds are actually captured.
07Sales Tax & VAT
Prices displayed on the Site are exclusive of any sales tax, VAT, GST, or duties unless otherwise stated. Where applicable, tax is calculated based on your billing address and added at checkout. If your business is registered for VAT in the EU/UK and you provide a valid VAT number, reverse-charge rules may apply.
08Pricing Errors
While we strive for accuracy, occasionally a product may be listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or pricing-feed glitch. If we discover an error after you order, we will contact you and either:
- Offer to fulfill the order at the correct price, or
- Cancel the order and issue a full refund — your choice.
Reminder. An order is only confirmed when we send a delivery email with the license key. A charge on your statement alone does not constitute order acceptance if the price was erroneous.
09Subscriptions
The license keys sold on mmkeys.com are one-time purchases. We do not enroll customers in recurring billing or auto-renewing subscriptions without explicit consent. If a product is sold as a renewable subscription (e.g. a multi-year support plan), the renewal terms will be stated clearly on the product page before purchase.
