At MMKeys, every license key we sell is genuine and verified before delivery. If something goes wrong with your order, we want to make it right. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and how long it takes.
30-Day Guarantee. If your key fails to activate due to a defect on our side and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement key — your choice.
02Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- The license key was never activated AND the request is made within 30 days of purchase.
- The license key is defective, invalid, or already used at the time of delivery and our support team is unable to provide a working replacement.
- You were charged twice for the same order due to a payment processor error.
- The product delivered materially differs from its description on the product page.
- Your order was cancelled by MMKeys (for example, due to suspected fraud or stock issues) and you were already charged.
03Non-Refundable Situations
Because our products are digital licenses delivered instantly, refunds are NOT available in the following cases:
- The license key has been successfully activated on a device.
- You changed your mind after the key was delivered and viewed.
- Your hardware or operating system does not meet the product's published system requirements (please check before buying).
- You bought the wrong edition or version by mistake (we can usually offer a credit toward the correct product — contact support).
- Activation failure caused by user error, an unsupported region, or a previously pirated operating system.
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date.
Important. Once a license key has been activated on a Microsoft account or device, it is permanently consumed and cannot be returned. We strongly recommend verifying compatibility before activating.
04Defective or Invalid Keys
If a key delivered to you is defective, invalid, or refuses to activate despite meeting all system requirements, contact Support@MMKeys.com with:
- Your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- A screenshot or copy of the exact error message you receive.
- A short description of the steps you have already tried.
Our team will troubleshoot with you. If we cannot supply a working key within 5 business days, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement — at your option.
05Wrong Product Purchased
If you accidentally bought the wrong edition or version (for example, Office Home & Business instead of Professional Plus) and the key has not yet been activated, contact support within 30 days. We will typically apply the amount paid as store credit toward the correct product. Cash refunds for buyer's-remorse purchases are issued at our discretion.

07Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of approval. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer:
- Credit / debit card: 5–10 business days.
- PayPal: typically within 24 hours.
- Bank transfer: 3–7 business days.
08Refund Method
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used to place the order. We cannot redirect refunds to a different card, account, or person. If your original payment method is closed or unavailable, contact us and we will work with you on a reasonable alternative.
09Chargebacks
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first at Support@MMKeys.com — we resolve nearly every case quickly. Filing a chargeback before allowing us to help may:
- Delay the resolution of your issue.
- Result in your account being suspended or banned.
- Lead to a fraud investigation if the underlying license key was already activated.
We reserve the right to dispute unjustified chargebacks and to share evidence of delivery and activation with the relevant payment processor.
