01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using mmkeys.com (the "Site") or purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookies Policy, and License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Makers Unity LLC ("MMKeys", "we", "us", "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company.

MMKeys is operated by Makers Unity LLC, registered in the State of Wyoming, USA. We are an independent reseller of genuine Microsoft software product keys. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Microsoft Corporation. All Microsoft trademarks, product names, and logos are the property of Microsoft Corporation.

03Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to purchase from MMKeys. By placing an order you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at Support@MMKeys.com.

04Products & Licenses

MMKeys sells digital product keys that activate genuine Microsoft software. Each key is sold as a single-use license unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page. Your use of the underlying Microsoft software is governed by the applicable Microsoft End User License Agreement (EULA), which is presented to you during installation and which you must accept to use the software.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, system requirements, and supported features are accurate, but we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free, and minor variations may occur. If a product you receive materially differs from its description, contact support within 30 days.

05Orders & Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency selected on the Site and are exclusive of any sales tax, VAT, or duties unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to:

• Modify prices at any time without prior notice.
• Refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or violate these Terms.
• Correct any pricing errors, even after an order is placed; in such cases you will be notified and given the option to confirm at the corrected price or receive a full refund.

An order is confirmed only when we send a confirmation email containing your license key or download link.

06Digital Delivery

All MMKeys products are delivered digitally by email to the address provided at checkout. Delivery typically occurs within 5–30 minutes of payment confirmation. Some orders may be delayed by manual fraud review, in which case delivery may take up to 24 hours.

You are responsible for providing a working email address and for checking your inbox (including spam/junk folders). We are not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses, full mailboxes, or recipient-side filtering.

07Refunds & Returns

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, special rules apply. Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

08User Conduct

When using mmkeys.com you agree NOT to:

• Use any product key for unlawful purposes or in violation of Microsoft's EULA.
• Resell, transfer, or redistribute keys purchased from us without our written consent.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise misuse our Site.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Site or place orders.
• Submit fraudulent payment information or fraudulent chargeback claims.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Site.

09Intellectual Property

All content on mmkeys.com — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and code — is the property of Makers Unity LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.

"Microsoft", "Windows", "Office", "Visio", "Project", and related product names are registered trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. Their use on this Site is descriptive only and does not imply any affiliation.

10Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. The functionality of the underlying software is governed solely by Microsoft and its EULA; MMKeys provides no warranty regarding the software itself beyond the validity of the license key delivered.

11Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAKERS UNITY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or any product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

12Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Makers Unity LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or otherwise acted in a manner harmful to MMKeys or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will continue to apply.

14Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

15Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs.

You agree that any claim must be brought on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action.

16Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email where reasonably possible.
